Return and Refund Policy
IA Studies sells digital educational products, including downloadable Anki flashcard decks.
Digital products
Our products are supplied digitally and are generally available shortly after payment.
Where you expressly agree to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day cancellation right once access or downloading begins, you will no longer be entitled to cancel the purchase simply because you have changed your mind.
If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the digital product, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@iastudies.co.uk if you wish to request a cancellation.
Faulty or incorrect products
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
If a digital product is faulty, corrupted, materially different from its description, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at contact@iastudies.co.uk.
Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement, correct the issue, or offer another remedy such as a refund or price reduction where required by law.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us at contact@iastudies.co.uk so we can review the order and arrange an appropriate refund where applicable.
Accidental purchases
If you believe you made a purchase by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. If the digital content has not yet been accessed or downloaded, we may be able to cancel the order.
